I Know Who I’m Not

Ten Tips for Leading Under Pressure

by Thom S. Rainer, President and CEO, Lifeway Christian Resources.

The issue is not whether leaders will find themselves under pressure; the issue is how leaders will handle pressure.

“In the beginning God.”  I always pause after these first four words because they inform us that we are entering into God’s story.

Our retreats are a haven for God to work in ways you can't plan or schedule, where he guides you into a rhythm of regularly stepping away and being with him. Our prayer is that you leave with renewed wisdom and passion to move forward in ministry and your marriage.

For those those who need a little help covering the cost of their retreat, all you need to do is tell us a little about yourself, tell us why a retreat is important to you at this point in your ministry and let us know how much of the cost you are able to cover on your own before the scholarship is awarded.

***Scholarships are awarded based on need and the availability of funds in the Scholarship Program fund.

If you are a donor and would like to underwrite the cost of one or more scholarships follow and you will be taken to the scholarship donation page where we will walk you through the process.
