About

Many full-time church workers toil week-after-week, year-after-year, ministering to the needs of others at the expense of their own spiritual well being and family needs. At the Pastors Retreat Network, we believe that the leaders of the American church need to be spiritually strong and connected to God – both individually and with their spouse.

The Pastors Retreat Network began its ministry in 1997 with the singular focus of providing pastors and their spouses with a life and ministry changing retreat experience. Since our founding, more than 8000 pastors have come to the Pastors Retreat Network to find the unique blend of solitude and community that we offer through our retreat experience.

The Retreat Experience

Retreats begin on Sunday evening and extend through Friday morning, providing you with a remarkable five-day retreat experience that is intentionally balanced with times of solitude and engaging
opportunities for community with other pastors.

To help guide you on your retreat we make three retreat programs available for you to use throughout the week. Each program is designed to carry you in the direction that you feel will be most helpful to you.

Our retreats are designed to meet the needs of individual, couples and teams. Special weeks are set aside each year to accommodate staff retreats. For more information, or to reserve a staff or team retreat, contact Nancy Hagen.

Retreat programs we offer include:
Sabbath Rest
A meaningful time alone with God where you will learn to lay down the heaviness life can bring on. You'll learn to rest, heal, and create healthy patterns of rest and work.
Bethany Retreat
An experience designed for couples. You will be guided toward creating a deep spiritual aspect within your marriage. Bethany Retreat helps couples follow the Holy Spirit to deeper relationship with God and each other.
Sinai Experience
A unique experience for individuals that will help guide them to experience rest in the presence of God. It is a deep, rich, life-changing encounter.
Self-Directed Retreat
This is exactly as it sounds; you decide how you'd like to spend your week, knowing that our Program Hosts are always available to help you in anyway that we are able.Book a Retreat

One-for-One Program

It's no secret that many ministries have an abundance of resources available to themselves while others have to struggle just to make it to the end of the month. The One-to-One Program is an opportunity for highly resourced churches to purchase a retreat for themselves while at the same time purchasing a retreat for a pastor at an under resourced church. Pastors Retreat Network can even help you when selecting a pastor in need of support.

Group and Staff Retreats

If you would like to bring several staff members during the same week, we can accommodate that, and we'll even provide a discount. Pastors Retreat Network has a vision of having affiliate retreat sites within a six hour drive of every church in the U.S. We are always looking for ways to expand our reach into the Christian community through affiliate partnerships. Scholarships

For those those who need a little help covering the cost of their retreat, all you need to do is tell us a little about yourself, tell us why a retreat is important to you at this point in your ministry and let us know how much of the cost you are able to cover on your own before the scholarship is awarded.

***Scholarships are awarded based on need and the availability of funds in the Scholarship Program fund.
